Matlab code was created (attached bellow) for the final project according to the instructions presented above. Running the code will result in a cluster of points that help simulate the random lateral diffusion of integrins in a cell membrane, with differentiation between binding and unbinding represented by the color of the points. The perimeter of the 2D domain was taken into account using a circular boundary for the random generation of points set at 100nm. An in depth review of the codes function and importance was cumulated into a final paper (attached bellow).
